Our home is in London, at Silverstream House on Fitzroy Street in Fitzrovia, and we support families and organisations across the capital. We work in Camden, Westminster, Islington, Hackney, Southwark, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Brent, Ealing, Barnet, Haringey and the surrounding boroughs, every hour of every day. These five counties are our home today, but they are not the limit. We are building carefully, adding new areas as we find the right people to serve them well. Wherever we operate, the standards do not change. Every member of our team is enhanced DBS checked and properly trained. We work in full step with the Care Act 2014, we are GDPR compliant, and we have clear safeguarding policies for adults and for children. Our registration with the Care Quality Commission is in progress and not yet complete, and we are open about that. We are also working towards three international standards: ISO 9001 for the quality of our work, ISO 14001 for our impact on the environment, and ISO 45001 for the health and safety of our team and the people we support.
