Who we are
Famah Healthcare Services started from a simple belief. The people who need care the most deserve to be looked after by people who genuinely care. We are registered in England and Wales, we work across five counties, and someone is awake and reachable here every hour of every day.
We are not a call centre. When you ring us you speak to a person who knows your name and remembers your situation.
What we promise you
We write your care plan with you, never for you. We keep coming back to it together, because people change and a plan that never changes soon stops being any use.
Everyone who comes to your door is enhanced DBS checked, trained and properly supervised. We work hard at continuity. You see familiar faces instead of a different stranger every week. Trust is built one visit at a time.

We look after people of every background, faith, age and ability. We treat everyone the same way. Your culture, your beliefs and the way you like things done all matter here. We will ask you rather than assume we already know.

Health is not only about the body. It is about company on a quiet afternoon, holding on to your independence, and still feeling like yourself. We pay attention to the whole picture, not just the task list on the fridge.
Our Mission
To give the people we support, and the organisations who rely on us, the very best of what people can do for one another. Whether that is care in someone’s home, the right person placed in a job, medication delivered safely or a space kept genuinely clean, we do it the same way. Shaped around you, and done by people who turn up and take it personally. That is what we mean when we say for the people and by the people.
Our Values
Most companies list the same handful of words. Ours are different, because they are simply our tagline, taken seriously and turned into three promises that hold true across everything we do, from care and children’s services to recruitment, medication delivery and cleaning.
The best for humanity. We will never quietly drop the standard. We give care to the level we would want for our own mother, father or child, we place only people we would trust on our own doorstep. We clean and deliver as if someone we love depends on it. If it is not good enough for them, it is not good enough for you.
For the people. Every choice starts with the person or the organisation in front of us, not the paperwork and not the profit. We fit our work around your life or your business. We never ask you to fit around ours.
By the people. This is human work. It is only ever as good as the people who do it. We choose our team for their heart as much as their skill, whether they are sitting with someone at home, starting a new job on your site, or keeping a space safe and clean. We stand behind them. We make sure nobody we work with is ever treated as a number.

Famah Healthcare Services is completing its CQC registration. We are committed to meeting and going beyond the standards set by the Care Quality Commission. We work in full step with the Care Act 2014.
We work alongside others
We work alongside the NHS, care homes, local authorities, pharmacies, schools and businesses. Good care hardly ever comes from one organisation working on its own. We make a point of being easy to work with and straight about what we can and cannot do.
What we do
Five things, each done properly.
Adult care at home for anyone aged eighteen and over, from a little help in the morning through to a carer living in.
Care for children and young people aged seven to seventeen, including autism, disabilities and complex medical needs.
Recruitment, placing checked and work ready people with employers in health and social care, hospitality, warehousing, cleaning, logistics and more.
Medication delivery, including controlled drugs and IV infusions, working only with regulated pharmacies.
Professional cleaning to healthcare infection control standards, for care homes, offices and private homes.
We work in homes, care homes, supported living, hospitals, offices and businesses across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Northamptonshire and London. We are reaching into more of the UK all the time.
