What happens next
Someone from our children and young people’s team rings you, normally within one working day. We listen more than we talk. If it sounds like we can help, we arrange to meet at a time that suits the family, and that visit is free.
The people we place with children are checked to the level the work needs, including enhanced DBS, and they are trained in safeguarding before they start. If you have a concern at any point, our safeguarding and complaints policy sets out exactly how to raise it and what we do about it.
