Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
These define the commercial and legal relationship between Famah Healthcare Services and healthcare providers.
- Introduction of Candidates: An “Introduction” occurs when the agency provides a candidate’s CV or details to a client. Fees apply if the client hires the candidate directly or refers them to a third party within a set period (e.g., 6–12 months).
- Agency Obligations: The agency will perform all mandatory pre-employment checks (DBS, Right to Work, Professional Registration) in line with NHS Employment Check Standards.
- Client Obligations: The client must provide a safe working environment and notify the agency immediately if a temporary worker is unsuitable for an assignment.
- Payment Terms: Fees for permanent placements or hourly rates for temporary staff must be paid within a specified timeframe (e.g., 14 or 30 days).
- Liability: The agency is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from a candidate’s actions, though it will not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence.
