We send orders from the United Kingdom. Here is exactly what to expect, with no small print games.
What delivery costs
United Kingdom: £4.95, and delivery is free on orders over £75.
Europe: £12.95.
Rest of the world: £19.95.
You will always see the cost at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
We aim to send UK orders within one to two working days. Once posted, UK delivery usually takes two to four working days. Europe usually takes five to ten working days, and the rest of the world can take ten to twenty one working days. Customs checks can add time on international orders and that part is outside our control.
Tracking your order
We will email you when your order is on its way. If anything looks wrong, or your parcel has not arrived when you expected it, please contact us and a real person will look into it.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Kingdom and internationally. Some items cannot travel to certain countries because of local rules on medical products. If that affects your order we will tell you quickly and refund you in full.
